Chief Revenue Officer
Joe’s focus is on corporate strategy, business operations, and business development for the company. Joe has a broad range of experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Propio, Joe worked as an investment analyst, most recently at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for the analysis of companies within specific industries. Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Henry W Bloch School of Business at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he is working toward his Master of Finance degree.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris oversees all financial operations and reporting of the company, including maintenance of financial systems, FP&A, and internal audit. He works closely with the CEO to provide strategic financial insight to the leadership team, while maintaining strong bank and vendor relations.
Chris is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Missouri. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton. Before joining Propio, Chris held roles of increasing responsibility throughout the finance departments of multiple Kansas City area companies in the transportation and retail industries.
Chief Technology Officer
Brian’s role is accountable for the strategic software and infrastructure direction for the scalability and performance of Propio’s product offerings. In this role, Brian also has the responsibility of driving technological innovation, leading Propio’s operational excellence program and the continuous attention on security and compliance in IT.
Brian graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Singer has spent over 20 years in technology roles as a Software / Data Engineer (CMEGroup), a technology leader in corporations (UnitedHealthGroup / Optum), leading several start-ups in the early 2000s, and multiple senior engineering leadership roles with Amazon (Marketplace / International Retail) and AWS (Networking and Security for Enterprise AWS Customers) as well as serving as Chief Information and Technology officer for a Population Health Management Software company.
Chief Operating Officer
Carson oversees corporate M&A strategy as well as M&A integration and process improvement.
Carson received a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University and an MSF from the University of Alabama. Carson has more than ten years of professional experience spanning various industries. Mostly recently, he led M&A and Strategic Investing at Western & Southern. Prior roles included time spent at Affordable Language Services, Panmure Capital, Goldman Sachs and EDENS.
Director of Human Resources
Tara oversees all functions of the Human Resources department, including succession planning, health and welfare plan designs, talent acquisition, training and development, labor relations, and employee engagement.
For over 8 years Tara has been a leader in the Human Resources space, contributing to organizations of all sizes. She started her career in Risk Management and focused on workplace safety and insurance. Before joining Propio she worked in legal tech and specialized compliance, talent development and employee relations. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Management and Human Resources and is sitting for her SHRM-SCP in 2022.
