For example, one firm may specialize in providing document translation, while another may focus on providing face-to-face interpreting services. Often these language service providers have clients who ask if they can also offer telephone interpreting services. Since starting up such a service is no small task, Propio now offers a ″White Label″ telephone interpreting service.
Specifics on how the program works:
- White Label Brand – You can resell our services under your brand name. When your clients call to use the interpreting service, the system will announce your company’s name.
- Marketing Materials – Propio will provide you with an electronic copy of marketing brochures that can have your logo inserted and then provided to your clients and prospective customers.
- Client Setup – Once you have a client who wishes to use telephone-interpreting services, have them fill out a one-page registration form. The client returns the form to you, and you forward it to Propio.
- Competitive Wholesale Pricing – The pricing we charge depends on the monthly volume of minutes you use. We will be glad to share this pricing information for those interested in using the service.
- Retail Pricing – You are free to establish the appropriate retail price for your clients.
- Invoicing – There are two options for invoicing your clients:
- Propio can provide you with a monthly Excel CSV billing file which can be integrated into your billing system.
- Propio can generate a retail invoice that includes your logo. This invoice would then be sent to you for distribution to your clients.
